Shannan McWaters, co-owner of The Firm, is originally from South Georgia. After calling Memphis home since 1989 she considers herself all Memphis, Tennessee with a little Georgia twist. She has a background in the fashion industry as a former local boutique owner & buyer. Before falling in love with Real Estate in 2009 she was the in-house designer for a Memphis based flooring company. She has taken her love for design, her extensive knowledge of the home building/remodeling industry, her creative talents and spun them into a career in real estate that offers a fresh new experience for her clients.
